Terms of Business

Welcome to New Car Gods. These Terms of Business outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies for working with us. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Client Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age with a valid, non-expired, and non-suspended driver’s license. A credit card matching the client’s name and billing address is required for service engagement. If the client is under 18, a legal guardian must meet these same requirements and complete the agreement on their behalf.
For identification and verification purposes, a current proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, may be requested at the time of signing.
2. We Respect Our Clients
We work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Whether you’ve bought ten cars or this is your first, we hold zero judgements or assumptions so that we can meet your goals with crystal clear guidance, respect and strategy.
Our priority is to add value to your car-buying and ownership experience by supporting you and working on your behalf. It’s really that simple.
3. Car Buying Concierge – 3-Step Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation – $222 (Non-refundable)
This session includes a one-on-one strategy call to assess your vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. We’ll offer insight into options, market conditions, and next steps.
Step 2: Vehicle Search + Strategy – $777
If you choose to move forward, we’ll conduct a tailored vehicle search, provide side-by-side comparisons, coordinate logistics (test drives, paperwork review, etc.), and support communication between you and the seller.
This step includes:

Two calendar dates of advisor-led vehicle search and coordination

Up to three dealership options sourced and presented for your review and test driving
We keep things focused to get you the best result without wasting your time, energy, or budget.
If additional sourcing or dealership outreach is required beyond the initial scope, Step 2 may be repeated with a new $777 fee and timeline.
Step 3: Closing Support – 10% of Verified Savings
If we help you save money compared to the dealer asking price, our final fee is 10% of that savings. This will be invoiced upon delivery of a full summary and breakdown of value added.
Client Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information regarding preferences, finances, and vehicle history (if applicable)

Respond to communication in a timely manner

Remain the legal and financial decision-maker throughout the purchase process
Refund Policy:
All fees are non-refundable once the service step has begun.

While we do our best to identify opportunities for savings and provide trustworthy recommendations, final purchase decisions rest with the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial savings.
4. Personal Car Advisor Memberships
Membership Terms:
Our membership plans (Silver – 3 months, Gold – 6 months, Platinum – 12 months) include email and/or text-based access to a dedicated car advisor for guidance and support related to:

Warranty questions

Service or repair decisions

Time-sensitive, major repair guidance

Long-term maintenance planning

Accessory, upgrade, or resale advice
Response Time:
We aim to respond to all member inquiries within 24–48 business hours. Response times may vary based on the nature of the request.
Membership Limitations:

We do not provide mechanical repairs, dealership services, or financial lending

We do not act as legal representation or provide legal opinions

Membership does not include in-person services unless otherwise agreed
Refund Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable after purchase, but may be transferred to another party upon request.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
We provide non-binding recommendations based on 20+ years of experience in the car industry. You are solely responsible for your financial and legal decisions related to vehicle purchases, service, and ownership. We are not liable for financial loss, vehicle issues, or third-party service failures resulting from your choices.
6. Credit Inquiry Disclosure
New Car Gods does not conduct credit checks, nor do we submit credit applications on your behalf. Any credit inquiries will only occur if you voluntarily complete and submit a formal application through a lender. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that no impact will occur to your credit score unless you independently authorize it through a lender or financial institution.
7. Credit Score Disclaimer
Loan offers, interest rates, and financing outcomes are determined by the client’s individual FICO score and overall creditworthiness. While New Car Gods offers strategic guidance throughout the process, we do not guarantee approval terms, financing rates, or savings results. All final lending decisions are made by the financial institutions selected by the client.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Business at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or posted updates to our website.
